Transportation
It is so easy to get anywhere you desire in Disneyland with plenty of transportation options available to guests! From all three resorts, a quick walk through the Downtown Disney District leads you right to the entrance of both parks, with an additional entrance to Disney California Adventure Park for Disney’s Grand Californian guests right from their resort. Hop on and off the Disneyland Monorail at either of the two stops for a birds eye view of the park. The first stop is located between Disneyland Hotel and the Downtown Disney District, and the other is located in Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park! The Disneyland Railroad is another great way to get a tour of Disneyland Park with a relaxing train ride with numerous entry and exit points along its route! To reduce the amount of walking while in Disneyland Park, take one of the vintage vehicles to your destination. These include a horse-drawn street car, a jitney, a fire engine, and an omnibus, which is a 2-story, open air bus! Disney California Adventure also offers transportation within the park on the red car trolley, which stops at four locations, including Buena Vista Street, Carthay Circle, Hollywood Boulevard, and Sunset Boulevard!
Shopping
You can begin having some Disney fun before you even enter either of the parks! With plenty of shopping available throughout Disneyland, rides are not the only thing that will keep you entertained throughout your stay! For all of your Disneyland and general Disney shopping needs, stores are available in all three Disneyland resorts, the Downtown Disney District, and in each of the two parks! The World of Disney store, located in the Downtown Disney District, is your one-stop shop for all of the Disney apparel, collectibles, souvenirs, house decor, and toys you can imagine.
