The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival runs from July 27-November 18, so it is not too late to be part of what everyone is talking about! Anyone with an Epcot park reservation is welcome to take part in this culinary adventure at no additional cost, with no extra ticket purchase necessary! From sophisticated plates to mouth-watering desserts and refreshing beverages, there is something for the whole family to enjoy! You can also watch some of your favourite singers as they perform on select nights during this exclusive event!
Experience tastes from 6 different continents that will leave you eager to keep going back to try something new from their endless options!
Now, let’s highlight some of my favourite dishes! To start, the Schinkennudeln from the Germany pavilion is a cheesy delight, being pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese. This dish is a must-eat every time I visit! The Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Shaved Ham from The Alps is served alongside baby potatoes, cornichons, and a baguette. This is such a filling meal with cheese so fresh that you can watch it be melted right from the cheese wheel onto your plate! The Fry Flight at The Fry Basket lets you try three different fry combinations, for those who cannot narrow it down to just one! This fry flight includes sea salt and malt vinegar fries, BBQ bacon fries with smoked aioli, and sweet potato casserole fries with candied pecans, toasted marshmallow cream, and maple bourbon glaze. There are so many more options than just these, so make sure you experience it for yourself to find out what your favourites will be!
If you’re looking for some extra fun as you eat around the world, you can try to complete Emile’s Fromage Montage, where you have to eat five of the cheese options from the challenge’s menu to earn stamps and win a prize once all five cheese stamps have been collected! You can also purchase a Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2023 map for a small fee at many of the shops around the park! This activity takes you on the hunt for Remy, collecting all of the ingredients he needs to cook his famous ratatouille dish! Search high and low around each of the participating pavilions and International Food and Wine festival booths for 15 hidden Remy’s! Once you have found them all, bring your map back to an Epcot shop to collect your prize! These are great additional activities to keep you and your group entertained, while also giving you a more detailed look at each of the countries around the World Showcase!
