Disney’s Riviera Resort Review

By Dream Maker
The Riviera is Walt Disney World’s newest resort and I have to say that it has become one of my new favorites!
The Riviera is Walt Disney World’s newest resort and is heavily inspired by European culture and architecture. Having been able to stay there for the first time recently, it has become one of my favorite resorts!

Disney’s Riviera Resort location is definitely ideal, with Disney’s Skyliner transportation to Hollywood Studios and Epcot directly from the hotel. It is also located within walking distance of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and has Skyliner transportation to Disney’s Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts.

Like many other resorts, the Riviera offers plenty of options for activities on resort days. The two pools and interactive water play area for kids, and recreational activities, including board games, colouring pages, bean bag toss, painting ceramics, and more, are just some of the great activities that the Riviera has to offer!

One of my favourite parts about the Riviera was La Petite Cafe. They have lots of great beverages and sweet treats available for many preferences. In my opinion, the best choice is La Petite Cafe’s specialty Iced Cinnamon Cold Brew topped with house-made Honey-Almond whipped cream!

On the other hand, with only one quick service option at the resort, the variety of food choices are more limited than other Disney resorts. But, because the Riviera is located only an 8 minute walk from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and has Skyliner access to Pop Century and Art of Animation, there is much more variety for dining and you can try something different every night!

Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Riviera as a great place to stay for your next Disney World vacation!
