Whenever Disney World comes out with a new attraction I am never disappointed, and EPCOT’s new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind was no exception!
Just this past month I was in Disney for the first time in more than two years. It being the first time I was able to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, I was not disappointed. With two separate times each day to join the Virtual Queue, I would recommend joining both!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is one of the largest fully enclosed roller coasters in the world and is the very first thrill ride in Epcot! Also, in my opinion, this ride is like a combination of Space Mountain and Rise of the Resistance times ten.
Alongside the technology and storytelling working together to make an unforgettable experience, the roller coaster also moves so organically. Making it the smoothest ride I’ve ever been on! It is almost impossible not to be impressed!
Unfortunately, I am someone who gets mildly motion sick on most rides. The Tower of Terror, Expedition Everest, and Thunder Mountain are just a few examples. However, with how smooth and organically the ride moves, I hardly felt sick at all! It’s something that I would be able to go on time and time again. But, if you do suffer from more than mild motion sickness, this may not be the same for you.
To conclude, I could not recommend this ride enough! When there is no longer a virtual queue for this attraction, I would wait in the line for a very long time or purchase Lightning Lane passes.
