Themed Dining
Disney Cruise Line — Marvel Day at Sea features Marvel themed dining experiences throughout the day! With special menu items available in the buffet and quick service dining locations, as well as in the main dining rooms for dinner!
During the day, some special quick service options included, the Hydra Panini, or Aunt May’s Pizza!
For dinner, each option was inspired by a Marvel character! For example, there were Black Panther inspired appetizers, which included a Kachumbari Salad and a Wakandan Piri Piri, or Captain America inspired appetizers, which included a Crispy Fried Maryland Crab Cake and a Farmhouse Appetizer. As for main entrees, some examples included, Hawkeye inspired meals, such as Baked Buttermilk Corn-Fed Chicken, and Roasted Pork Tenderloin “Huntsman”, or Scarlet Witch inspired entrees such as, Gingerbread Soba Noodles, and Ricotta Gnocchi. For dessert, some special menu items included, the Ravagers’ Devil’s Food Cake, and the Collector’s Warm Apple Crisp
The kid’s menu also had specially themed items, such as Thor’s Baked Filet of Cod, Iron Man’s Mac n’ Cheese and Cap’s Chicken Strips!
Heroic Encounters
During Disney Cruise Line — Marvel Day at Sea, you will be able to meet some of your favourite Super Heroes! With scheduled photo-ops around the ship, that can be found on your Disney Cruise app itinerary with times and locations, as well as random encounters with some SuperHeroes who may be wandering around you’ll be able to meet many Marvel Super Heroes throughout the day. There are also select encounters with certain SuperHeroes that require a reservation that can be booked before your departure date. For the best chance at getting a reservation for the encounters that require one, book your reservation as soon as possible through your Disney Cruise Line account as with limited spots available, these experiences may sell out quickly!
Tip: Keep your autograph book with you so you’re always ready to grab an autograph!
Thrilling Entertainment
During Disney Cruise Line — Marvel Day at Sea, there is plenty of thrilling entertainment for everyone to enjoy!
Specific events throughout the day include:
Mickey and Minnie’s Super Hero Celebration — where young guests get a chance to dress up as their favourite Super Heroes and hang out with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto and Chip ‘n Dale!
Strange Academy: A Spellbinding Spectacular where guests are inviting to watch a mystical arts show in the Walt Disney Theatre, featuring Doctor Strange, Agatha Harkness, and Sorcerer Supreme Wong
Warriors of Wakanda Show where you can train side-by-side with Wakanda’s Dora Milaje, an elite group of warriors!
Star-Spangled USO Show in the Evolution dance club with vintage big band song-and-dance numbers, and there may even be a special appearance from the “Star-Spangled Man with a Plan!”
And last but definitely not least,
Marvel Heroes Unite, featuring incredible stunts, fantastic special effects and all of your favourite Marvel Super Heroes — and Villains! — this show is one you won’t want to miss!

Action-Packed Activities
Alongside the heroic encounters, and the thrilling entertainment, there is also plenty of action-packed activities for everyone to enjoy!
Some of the activities you may want to participate in include; Movie Screenings of Marvel Studios blockbusters in the Buena Vista Theatre and on deck, Costume Fun, Kids Activities where young recruits can test their skills to see what it takes to be a Super Hero, Marvel TV Funnel Vision, Marvel Origins interactive Super Hero sessions, Family Marvel Trivia, and Animation Academy to learn how to draw popular Marvel Super Heroes!
